Googleログインと保存する情報

Googleでログインすると、名前、メールアドレス、プロフィール画像のURL、アカウントの識別情報を取得します。ログインとアカウント管理のため、これらの情報、認証に必要なトークン、ログイン状態をサービスのサーバー内のデータベースに保存します。ブラウザのCookieをログイン状態の維持に使います。

アカウント情報は利用中に保存します。削除をご希望の場合は、登録したメールアドレスから info@aiknow.jp へご連絡ください。本人確認後にアカウント情報とログイン状態の削除を行います。ログアウトだけではアカウント情報は削除されません。

復旧用バックアップは通常のサービス利用には使わず、保管期限に従って管理者が順次消去します。追記専用の保護があるため、削除依頼時にバックアップから直ちに消去されるものではありません。バックアップから復旧する場合は、受付済みの削除依頼を反映します。

相談内容・AIへの送信

相談履歴は現在、お使いのブラウザの端末内保存領域に保存されます。Googleログインをしても相談履歴はアカウントのデータベースへ保存・同期されません。共用端末では履歴の取り扱いにご注意ください。

回答・画像・音声の生成に必要な入力はGoogleのGemini APIへ送信します。Googleログインのために取得したメールアドレスや認証トークンを、相談回答の生成のために送信することはありません。

利用回数・匿名体験の記録

無料枠の管理、二重消費の防止、障害調査のため、アカウントに紐づく対象月、利用数、リクエスト識別子、内容の照合用ハッシュ、処理状態、確保・消費・返却の時刻をサーバーへ保存します。この記録に相談本文や生成結果は保存しません。匿名体験では署名付きCookie（有効期間1年）と仮名の識別子を使います。Cookieの削除や別端末を通じた完全な一人1回の判定は行いません。

ログイン利用者の回数記録は利用中に保存し、本人確認後のアカウント削除とともに削除します。匿名の回数記録は不正利用防止のため保存します。匿名記録に関するお問い合わせもinfo@aiknow.jpへお送りください。バックアップからの削除には上記の方針を適用します。大量利用への対策として通信元識別子と件数を一時的にサーバーのメモリで処理します。

Google sign-in and your data

For quota enforcement, duplicate prevention and troubleshooting, we store the account-related month, usage counts, request IDs, input comparison hashes, processing status and reservation, consumption and refund times. These records do not contain consultation text or generated output. Guest trials use a signed cookie valid for one year and a pseudonymous identifier. This does not enforce one trial per person across cleared cookies or devices. Account-related quota records are retained while in use and deleted with a verified account deletion. Guest quota records are retained to prevent abuse; contact info@aiknow.jp with inquiries. The backup policy above applies. Source identifiers and counts are temporarily processed in server memory to limit excessive requests.

Google sign-in provides your name, email address, profile image URL and account identifiers. We store these details, authentication tokens and sessions in our server database to manage sign-in and accounts. Cookies maintain your sign-in session.

Account information is retained while in use. To request deletion, contact info@aiknow.jp from your registered email address. We verify ownership before deleting account information and sessions. Signing out does not delete your account. Recovery backups are not used for normal service operation and are removed by an administrator according to their retention policy. Append-only protection means backups are not erased immediately upon a deletion request. Accepted deletion requests are reapplied after a backup restoration.

Consultation history is stored in your browser on your device and is not saved or synchronized to your account database. Inputs needed to generate responses, images and audio are sent to Google Gemini API. Your sign-in email and authentication tokens are not sent for response generation.
