1. 適用とサービス内容
本規約は、La Reviveの運営者（以下「運営者」）が提供するLa Reviveの利用条件を定めます。本サービスは、目標や「できない理由」から、AIによって行動のヒント、文章、図解画像、読み上げ音声などを生成するものです。ご利用前に本規約とプライバシーポリシーをご確認いただき、同意のうえご利用ください。未成年の方は、必要な法定代理人の同意を得てください。
2. Googleログインと料金
Googleログインは任意です。ご自身が利用権限を持つアカウントを使用し、他人になりすましたりアカウントを不正に利用したりしないでください。現在、サービス利用料は請求しておらず、ログインによって課金や定期購入は発生しません。匿名のお試しはブラウザ単位で初回1回、Googleログイン後は毎月30回です。追加相談にはログインが必要です。無料枠は毎月1日・日本時間0時に更新され、未使用分は繰り越しません。初回・追加とも文章生成の成功を1回と数えます。図解だけの失敗は文章が利用できるため1回と数え、文章生成失敗・履歴閲覧・ダウンロード・読み上げは消費しません。生成中は1回を一時確保し、サーバーで失敗が確認できた場合は返却します。中断された予約は15分後の照会時に返却します。サーバーで生成が成功した後の通信切断は、自動返却の対象ではありません。同じリクエストの再送では二重消費しません。回数購入はまだ提供しておらず、金銭の決済・返金は発生しません。通信料などは利用者の負担です。有料機能を導入する場合は、料金・提供条件を事前に表示し、別途申込みを受け付けます。
3. AI生成内容の確認
AIの生成内容には誤り、不適切な表現、古い情報が含まれることがあります。正確性、完全性、独自性、権利侵害がないこと、特定の結果の実現は保証しません。生成内容は参考情報であり、医療・法律・投資などの専門的な助言を代替しません。実行・公開・共有する前に、事実関係、安全性、第三者の権利、ご自身の状況との適合性を確認してください。
4. 入力・生成物の権利と情報の扱い
利用者の入力に関する権利は、利用者または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者は、サービスの提供に必要な範囲で入力を処理し、外部AIへ送信することを運営者に認めます。生成物について運営者が新たな独占権を主張することはありませんが、利用可能な範囲は法令、第三者の権利、外部サービスの条件に従います。第三者の個人情報、秘密情報、認証情報は、入力する権限と必要性を十分に確認してください。情報の取得・保存・外部送信・削除の詳細はプライバシーポリシーに定めます。
5. 禁止事項
法令違反、犯罪の助長、他者の権利侵害、差別・嫌がらせ・脅迫、なりすまし、不正アクセス、認証情報の不正取得、安全機能や利用制限の回避、過度な自動送信などによる運営妨害は禁止します。また、生成内容を運営者や専門家が確認・保証したものと偽って表示する行為を禁止します。
6. 履歴・アカウントの削除
相談履歴はお使いのブラウザ内に保存され、Googleログインをしても他の端末に同期されません。ブラウザのデータ削除や端末の故障などで失われる場合があります。必要な内容はご自身で控えてください。ログアウトはアカウント削除ではありません。退会・アカウント情報の削除は、登録したメールアドレスからinfo@aiknow.jpへご依頼ください。本人確認後に対応します。ブラウザ内の履歴は利用者ご自身で削除してください。バックアップの扱いはプライバシーポリシーに従います。
7. 利用制限・提供の中断と終了
運営者は、規約違反、不正利用、安全上の問題がある場合、必要な範囲で利用やアカウントを制限できます。保守、障害、外部AI・Google認証の停止などにより、生成やログインを利用できない場合があります。重要な機能変更やサービス終了は、可能な限り事前にサイト上で案内します。ただし緊急の安全対応では事前案内ができない場合があります。
8. 責任
利用者は、ご自身の判断で生成内容を利用してください。運営者の責任は、消費者契約法その他の適用法令に従って判断されます。本規約は、運営者の故意・過失による損害について法令上負う責任を一律に免除するものではなく、利用者に認められる法令上の権利を制限するものではありません。
9. 規約の変更・準拠法
本規約を変更する場合は、変更内容と適用開始日をサイト上で事前に案内します。既存利用者への適用は、法令に定める要件を満たす場合に限り、必要な場合は同意を取得します。単に掲載したことだけで、過去の利用へ遡って適用することはありません。本規約は日本法を準拠法とします。ただし、利用者に適用される強行法規による保護を妨げません。紛争時の管轄は法令に従います。

1. Scope and service
These Terms govern use of La Revive, provided by its operator. The service uses AI to generate action ideas, text, diagrams and audio from your goals and obstacles. Please read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy before using the service. Minors must obtain any required consent from their legal representative.
2. Google sign-in and fees
Google sign-in is optional. Use only an account you are authorized to use; do not impersonate others or misuse accounts. We currently charge no service fees, and sign-in does not create a payment or subscription. The guest trial allows one initial generation per browser. Google sign-in provides 30 free generations each month and is required for follow-up generations. The free quota renews at 00:00 Japan time on the first day of each month without rollover. Each successful initial or follow-up text generation uses one. A diagram-only failure still counts when text is available; text failures, viewing history, downloads and reading aloud use none. One slot is reserved during generation and returned on confirmed server failure. Interrupted reservations are returned on the next quota check after 15 minutes. A connection loss after successful server generation does not automatically return quota. Resending the same request does not consume twice. Usage-pack purchases are not offered, so no monetary payment or refund occurs. You are responsible for connection charges. Any future paid features will show their prices and conditions in advance and require a separate application.
3. Reviewing AI output
AI output may contain errors, inappropriate expressions or outdated information. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, originality, freedom from third-party rights claims or any particular outcome. Output is for reference and does not replace medical, legal, investment or other professional advice. Check facts, safety, third-party rights and suitability before acting on, publishing or sharing it.
4. Content rights and information handling
Rights in your inputs remain with you or the rightful owner. You permit the operator to process inputs and send them to external AI services as needed to provide the service. The operator claims no new exclusive rights in generated output; permitted use remains subject to law, third-party rights and applicable external service terms. Check your authority and necessity before entering third-party personal data, confidential information or credentials. The Privacy Policy explains collection, storage, external transmission and deletion.
5. Prohibited conduct
Do not violate laws, facilitate crime, infringe others’ rights, discriminate, harass, threaten, impersonate others, access systems without authorization, obtain credentials improperly, bypass safeguards or usage restrictions, or disrupt the service through excessive automated requests. Do not falsely present output as reviewed or guaranteed by the operator or a professional.
6. History and account deletion
Consultation history stays in your browser and does not synchronize across devices through Google sign-in. Clearing browser data or device failure may erase it; keep your own copy of anything important. Signing out does not delete your account. Request account deletion by emailing info@aiknow.jp from your registered address; we verify ownership before processing it. Delete browser-local history yourself. Backup handling follows the Privacy Policy.
7. Restrictions, interruption and termination
The operator may restrict access or accounts as necessary to address violations, abuse or safety issues. Maintenance, outages or interruption of external AI or Google authentication may prevent generation or sign-in. We will announce major feature changes or service closure on the site in advance where reasonably possible; urgent safety action may require immediate intervention.
8. Liability
Use generated content with your own judgment. The operator’s liability is determined under applicable law, including Japan’s Consumer Contract Act where applicable. These Terms do not provide a blanket exemption from statutory liability for damage caused intentionally or negligently by the operator or limit users’ statutory rights.
9. Changes and governing law
Changes will be announced on the site in advance with their content and effective date. Changes apply to existing users only when legal requirements are met, with consent where required. Publication alone does not apply changes retroactively to past use. These Terms are governed by Japanese law without excluding mandatory protections applicable to users. Jurisdiction follows applicable law.
